payment

methods of payment, cashapp ( $marzapaan ) , paypal ( DeshaneWills / [email protected] ) , venmo ( honeylimon )1. i must be paid in half to total price of the commission once the sketch is complete and confirmed by the client.
2. I have the right to refuse a commission ( if has already been paid for, the client will be refunded. )
3. if you have a budget, please let me know and we can work out a payment plan.
4. tips are appreciated but not required.
5. when the finished product is ready, full payment must be sent before the client receives the file.

rights

you have the rights ; to use the commission for non-commercial use*. commercial use prices are double the rate.* unless you have explicitly paid for commercial use.

editing

amount of editing ; as long as you openly credit me, do not change the commission to be unrecognizable, do not remove my signature, and do not use the commission received for bigotry / hate, feel free to edit it as much as you'd like.

extra

any other terms ; small changes can be made to the drawing during the sketch and lineart phase ONLY unless the change pertains to the colors and shading of the drawing.
